Drop-in Art Therapy Groups

The Art Therapy Drop-in Groups take place every Friday at 2pm and 4pm at 9562 82 Ave Edmonton downstairs for $10 per person which includes materials. The themes for the next few months will centre around self esteem. Self esteem is how we feel about ourselves, how we talk to ourselves and how we treat ourselves. Many things can affect our self esteem; how we are treated in our homes where we are raised, schools we attend, church and how people around us treat us. These many experiences make us reflect on who we are and this can either add or take away from our self esteem. Furthermore the current experiences in our lives can add to our self reflections both negatively and positively. This often makes our self esteem a process we can work on all our lives. Please come and join us to create and learn about your self esteem as an option but other themes can also be introduced if wanted.
