Art with Intention

Art with Intention is a group art therapy session that will take place every Tuesday at 7:00pm till 8:30 pm at 9562 82 Ave Edmonton Downstairs at Cloverdale Counselling for $15 per person with materials included. The themes will emerge as people share at the starting check-in per interest or you can have your own theme if you choose. Art therapy is capable of promoting self-expression, feelings and emotions.It has an ability to facilitate positive perspectives on one’s life and is capable of promoting a sense of personal independence, self reliance and self-sufficiency.
