Cloverdale Counselling offers Art Therapy Groups on Healthy Relationships

Art Therapy Groups are drop-in and on-going every Friday at 2pm and at 4pm at 9562 82 Ave, Edmonton downstairs. The cost is $10 per person per art therapy group. Currently we are doing the theme of Healthy Relationships and the two times are a repeat of the same topic. The format of the group is a check-in, information on the topic and usually a handout, doing an art metaphor related to the theme, a check-out that asks people attending how they will use information from their art in their week and often a grounding. The remaining topics are the following

1. A good relationship requires effort and its worth it
2. I need a relationship in which both needs are respected
3. I need to cultivate relationships with a few people who really matter
4. Acceptance is the basis of a good relationship
